This is a luxurious course of 10 dishes that allows you to fully enjoy the flavors of the season.The menu includes dishes that make generous use of seafood, such as seasonal appetizers, a boat-sized platter of sashimi delivered directly from the fishing port, red snow crab salad, and crab shell gratin.For the main course, you can choose from Wagyu beef steak or seasonal stew with fried shrimp dumplings for Course A, or monkfish hotpot and rice porridge for Course B.Enjoy a satisfying finale with nigiri sushi and sweet treats.
